Great Hotel!
06/21/2010The comfort inn hotel was a wonderful place to stay. staff was excellent, hotel was very clean, facilities perfect. i would stay a million times!

I was impressed with the options the hotel had for breaksfast. The rooms were clean and modern. I expecially enjoyed the flat screen tv in the room. It was nice that my room came standard with a refridgerator and a microwave. I will definelty stay here the next time I come through.

10/29/2007We had the worst stay ever the room smelled really bad, no breakfast @ 9:00am closes @ 9:30a staff had no clue & didn"t care to take care of ...
we had the worst stay ever the room smelled really bad, NO breakfast @ 9:00AM closes @ 9:30A staff had no clue & didn"t care to take care of issues, room never got cleaned. no 100% satisfaction mgr on vacation for 2 weeks & you could tell

I read a couple of negative reviews about this hotel, and while I am sorry for their experience, I have to say that I was so impressed with this hotel's cleanliness, reasonable rates, pool & work-out room, continental breakfast, staff friendliness and customer service, proximity to the University, refrigerators, coffeemakers, & hairdryers in the rooms, welcome pet policy - I just can't say enough!! My family will definitely stay here every time we visit our UNC student.
